*Later, the same day*
It was late in the afternoon and things were getting worst and worst. Rachel and Nick were still not talking to each other, Howie was looking pretty sad and him and Carly weren't even looking at each other, Brian was so nervous that he was rude with everyone, Kevin was still looking sad but he was a little better. Only Becky and Aj were looking happy. It was the first time that things were that bad 3 days before the end of the tour. Well, in 3 days they were going for 2 weeks of vacation and after they were going to work on their performance at the American Music Awards and a charity concert they were planning to do that same week with Sir Elton John and other great artists. So it was going to be a big week with a lot of rehearsal to do. And after that big week, they were going to do some promotion stuff, but little things like Tv and radio appearances. And after all that, they would have 1 month of vacation before to go on tour again. But the tension was horrible right now so they were all hoping the 2 weeks of free time would come fast.
Stacey was in her hotel room sobbing on the bed. She didn't know why she was crying like that. To feel again all the pain she did 7 years ago was hard on her. She hadn't talk about this since a long time. She had just left her city to work as a professional makeup and hairdresser. She had been really lucky to get contracts so easily. At first she was working on small movie sets of things like that but since 2 years she was touring with group or artists, like the Backstreet Boys. It was a way for her to be away from those painful feelings. Most people said that she was over reacting, but for her, what she did was unforgivable. She looked at the clock and realized that she was late for dinner. "Damnit! They are probably all waiting for me!" she said to herself. She changed clothes fastly and left the room. She waited for the elevator and when the doors opened Ashley was standing there.
"There you are!" she said. "We were wondering what you were doing!"
"I'm really sorry!! I didn't see the time!" she said as she entered in the elevator.
"Are you alright?" Ashley asked.
"Yeah yeah! I'm ok!"
"You sure? You looked like you've been crying..." Ashley said pointing at her eyes with a funny look.
"Oh no!" Stacey whined. "I totally forgot to look at me in the mirror! How does it looks???"
"Not really good! Let's go back to your room!" Ashley said stopping the elevator. They got up and walked to Stacey's room. The 2 girls entered in the room. Stacey ran to the mirror.
"Shit!" Stacey laughed when she saw that her make up had ran on her cheek. "I'm happy you saw me before everyone!" she added giggling.
"It would have been funny... but you're sure you're alright?" Ashley asked a little worried.
"Yeah yeah!! I'm alright now!" Stacey said smiling at Ashley. "But, I'm starving!"
"Me too so let's go before they send someone else to find us!" Ashley said giggling.
The 2 girls walked downstair and entered in the dinning room. Everyone was already eating. No one noticed them and only Naomie, Becky, Aj and Kevin were talking, trying to get the tension away for a while.
"I found her!" Ashley said proudly.
"Yeah! 1 hour later!" Naomie shouted giggling.
"I'm sorry guys! I hope you didn't wait for me too much time!" Stacey said sitting next to Ashley and in front of Kevin.
"Nah! It's okay!" Aj said.
"I'm really sorry! I was lost in my thoughts..." she replied looking at Kevin. He looked at her with a sorry look, knowing that it was mostly his fault if she had been crying.
"It's okay!" Ashley repeated. "So, what were you guys talking about?"
"The 2 weeks of vacation!!!" Aj shouted.
"Oh Yeah! It's gonna be good for everyone!" Ashley said.
"I'm not sure about that!" Amber sighed. Those 2 weeks were gonna be a real stress for her because Brian was going to see Leighanne again. Well...it'd be just for 1 day so she knew she didn't have to worry about it. But right now she could see Brian was really nervous and she didn't know what she had to think about that. Why was he nervous like that? And it was getting on everyone's nerves. They all looked at her surprise but didn't ask much. They didn't want to have any fight right now.
"So what are you planning to do during those 2 weeks?" Stacey asked.
"We'll stay in Florida!" Aj said taking Becky's hand.
"Oh yeah we will?" Becky asked teasing.
"Of course we will! My home is yours darling!" Aj said before to kiss her. Becky smiled hoping those vacation soon. She couldn't wait to finally have some time alone with Aj.
"And you?" Stacey asked looking at Naomie and Ashley.
"I'm going back to California" Naomie said happy. She couldn't wait to see her family back. She was missing them really much.
"I'll stay in Florida too!" Ashley said. "A friend of mine live there so I'll probably visit him."
"Oh...him?!?" Stacey asked grinning. Ashley smiled at her and agreed. "Oh I see!" Stacey laughed. "So, most of you will stay in Florida?"
"Yeah I think! We can't go really far anyway...2 weeks isn't a lot!" Aj said.
"So Rach! What are you going to do?" Stacey said but she then realized she talked too fast. Rachel looked at Nick sadly and then turned to Stacey.
"I think I'll go back at home...in Canada" she said looking down. She felt tears in her eyes so she excused herself and went out to take some fresh air. There was a unconfortable silence in the room. They were all looking at Nick. But he didn't move. He was just looking at his plate.
"Maybe I should go talk to her..." Stacey said feeling sorry for Rachel but Aj cut her.
"No! Don't go! It's Nick's responsability to go!" he shouted giving Nick a unhappy glare. Everyone knew about Nick and Rachel's little fight.
"It's none of your business Aj!!" Nick said angrily.
"That's why we should not go talk to her! You're a big boy now so you should know what you have to do!" Kevin said cutting Aj.
"Exactly! You work things out with her or not, we don't care! but we won't talk to her for ya man!" Aj replied.
Nick looked at the other people trying to get some encouragement. But they all agreed with Kevin and Aj.
"Anyway... you're the only one who can really work things out with her..." Becky said trying to convince Nick. He sighed, stood up and walked outside. He was upset that all the people were not on his side.
"So... what are you going to do during the small vacation Stace???" Aj asked trying to continue the conversation and forget about what just happenned.
"Actually... I don't know.." she said giggling.
"You don't know where you are going to stay?" Ashley asked.
"Not really! I'll probably rent a appartement in Florida... it looks a really beautiful place!"
"Can't you go to your parents's house?" Aj said curious.
"Well..." Stacey started. She didn't want everyone to know about her past life. She wasn't talking to her parents a lot now. But Kevin cut her off.
"You can come to my house if you want!" he said. Everyone was in shock. They were all really surprised and looked at him with curious look.
"It's really nice of you but... I'm not sure it's a good idea... I don't wanna be imposing or something..." Stacey said a little shy.
"My house is so big... " Kevin replied. "And I'll feel less alone..."
"Yeah it'd probably be good for you Kev..." Becky smiled. "And it'll be great, Ashley and I won't be really far from you so you won't feel alone and we could hang out some days!"
"It'd be fun...but I really don't want to be imposing..." Stacey said.
"Don't worry about that! It'll be alright! My house is really big and I'll feel alone if nobody is with me..." Kevin said convincing Stacey.
"Alright!" Stacey said happy that she wouldn't be alone during those weeks.
"It's gonna be so cool!!" Becky shouted.
**Meanwhile**
Nick walked outside the dinning room trying to find Rachel. He looked outside but he only saw fans waiting for them to come out. Rachel wasn't there and she probably didn't go out because of the fans. He didn't find her on the first floor so he decided to go check in her room. He was starting to be nervous. He knew how things were gonna end but he told himself to not yell at Rachel. The others were right, he had to work things out with her. He walked to the door of her room and took a deep breath before to knock.
"Who is it??" Rachel asked with a little voice.
"It's Nick..." he said.
"What do you want?" Rachel asked opening the door. She stood there staring at him. There were still tears falling on her cheek.
"We really have to talk..." he said enterring in the room. He sat on the bed and Rachel on the couch.
"Yeah well that's what I wanted to do earlier ..." she replied with tears in her eyes.
"I know... but you're the one who started ... " Nick said like a yound child.
"What?!?!?" Rachel shouted. "What is it with you? It's your damn fault!"
"Oh please... you get angry if I don't talk to you 1 minute!" he replied.
"I think there's big difference between 1 minute and a day!!!!" she almost screamed. She was getting pretty angry. He had no reason to put everything on her back.
"So what?" he said trying to prove that he didn't care about it. Rachel jumped on her feet and started yelling at him again.
"So what? I can't believe you're saying this!!! I don't think you already felt love because when you really love someone, you wants to be with her and TALK to her!!"
"Shut up!!!" he said jumping on his feet too. "You're probably the one who never felt love because you wouldn't act like this!!"
"Yes I felt it!!! The minute I saw you!!" she replied yelling. She wasn't crying anymore.
"No you didn't! You're like all those other girls who tell me the same thing!"
"That's not true! I loved you and of course I still do! You are the one who don't love me anymore...and who never loved me anyway!!" she said.
"yeah ! Of course you are right and I am wrong! It's not working like that! I'm sure you never loved me!"
"Yeah so you're always right then? I don't think so!!" she shouted with a little smile.
"I never said that!!!! I know I'm not always right but you aren't more!" he said angrily. "How can you really judge me anyway?!?"
Rachel didn't answer, she just stood there in front of him smiling more...and more... and then started giggling before to burst out laughing. Nick looked at her confused but to see her laughing like that she made him giggle.
"Why are you laughing?" Rachel asked still giggling.
"I don't know...why are you?" he said sitting on the bed laughing.
"Oh look at us!?!" she said sitting next to him. "We look like 2 young child! I love you more, no I do..." she added imitating them.
"You're right!" he said still giggling. He took her hands into his and looked at her in the eyes. "I'm really sorry for what I said! There are a lot of things that I didn't mean..."
"I'm really sorry too! I didn't want to say bad things about you... I didn't mean to do that! The last thing I wanted was to have a fight with you!" she said sincerely.
"I didn't want to hurt you either! I love you really much and I'll miss ya a lot when you'll go back to Canada!" he said.
"I'll miss you too!" she said almost crying. "I love you!" she said before to put her lips on his.
They kissed during a little time and then Nick felt really attracted to her and decided to not stop her or himself this time. They layed on the bed, still kissing and Nick rolled on the top of her. He started kissing and sucking her neck sweetly.
"Are you sure you want to? I don't want to push you or anything like that.." Rachel said smiling.
"I want you really bad baby!" Nick said smiling too. He continued kissing her, going down. He unbutton her shirt kissing every places he was discovering. Rachel wrapped her arms around him and lift up his shirt. She stroke his back with her fingers moaning because of his caresses. When they both were naked, Nick continued exploring her body passionately and finally enter in her. They made love like it was their first time. Then they both fell asleep, forgetting about anything around them.
Stacey and Kevin where talking while they we're walking to the elevator.Howie was already in his room. Carly and Ashley we're walking together when they saw Naomie alone at her room door.
"Hey Nam!" Ashley said happily
"Hey ash!!" Naomie replied.
"Still alone?!" Ahsley laughed.
"Well..yeah!!All by mysef!!Beck is sharing a room with Alex so...I'm alone like a big girls!!"she said giggling
"Poor you!!Must be boring a night alone talking to the floor!!" Carly laughed.
"Well I don't know for you but I don't use to talk when I'm sleeping!!" Naomie laughed back.
"Ho yeah she does!!Loike:Howie!!My little SweetD!!" Ashley teased.
"Shut up!!I am not!!" Carly shouted.
"I wanna see that!!" Naomie said teasing.
"Bla bla bla!!Maybe you'll be the one who's gonna scream his name!!" Carly said to Ashley seriously..she remembered how Howie acted and is date with Ashley.
"Me?!?!" Ashley asked.
"yeah!!you!!" Carly confirmed.
"Well.well it's not that this is not interesting but I'll go sleep I'm tired!!" Naomie said.
"Ok good Night Nam Take care and sweet dream Darling!!" Ashley said hugging her friend.
"Yeah good night Nam!!" Carly said upset.
"What is it with you??" Ashley said when the 2 girls entered in their room.
"Nothing..." Carly said with tears.
"Oh come on Carly!!! I'm not an idiot! What's wrong??" Ashley asked sitting next to her friend.
"Howie is a big bastard!!!"
"What? What are you saying? Why do you say that??" Ashley said confused.
"He just want to find a girl... he flirt with all the girls!!! And then it's me... I don't wanna live something like that!!!" she said angrily.
"What??? Howie doesn't flirt..." Ashley said starting to understand why Carly was angry.
"Oh so you didn't have a date yesterday night with him huh?!?"
"Oooh...that's why you're acting like that.." she said putting her arm around Carly's shoulder.
"I do you want me to react??? He flirted with Stacey, I heard him talking to her the other day! And then he asked you out on a date... but he didn't find what he wanted so he came after me!! Damn guy!!" Carly said still crying quietly.
"You don't know what you're talking about!!!" Ashley said. "First, there is nothing with Stacey...believe me! and second, everything is clear between him and I!! We're not going out not even dating!!" she said trying to convince Carly.
"What was that dinner yesterday??"
"He only wanted to ask me something..." Ashley lied. "He wanted to know who had a crush on him..."
"You didn't tell him????!?!?!?!?!?" Carly said surprise.
"Of course I did! It was so funny!" Ashley laughed thinking about that dinner.
"Oh no!!!!!!!!" Carly whined.
"What???"
"I'm such a idiot!!! he probably think I'm a freak now!!!"
"What ?? what happenned???" Ashley asked really confused. She didn't know about what happenned that morning in the little store so Carly told her all about it.
"Oh my god!!!" Ashley said roaring with laughter.
"Ash! That's not funny at all!! He probably won't love me anymore!!" she exclamed.
"Hey! Don't worry girlie! Just talk to him and tell him you are sorry and that you didn't mean it...that's all!! Everthing will be fine!!" Ashley replied.
"I hope so!!!" Carly said laying on her back.
***Later that night, after the concert in Aj's room***
"You think that things will be more happy tomorrow?!?!" Becky asked while she was getting ready to sleep.
"I don't know!!Let's hope so!" Aj answeredalmost sleeping
"the atmosphere is so heavy since a couple of days!" Becky said laying next to Aj
"Yeah"he replied softly
"Are you sleeping?!?" Becky asked.
"Me?!?!I could but you can't stop talking so No I don't!!!"teased Aj
"ho sorry M. My Love!"she said wrapping her amrs around his sweet body.
"well it's ok!!!I love to hear your voice!!"smiled AJ
"ho My voice?!?"she asked suprise but happy
"yeah!!you have the must sensual voice in the wordl" Aj giggled.
"Sounds like someone who wants something!!huh?!?" Becky laughed.
"Or someone!!"replied Aj with a grilly smile
"Yeah or someone!!"she laughed
he moved closer to her and then he sucked her neck what made her moaned.
"Your skin smell so good!!"he said kissing her breast.She didn't answer and she took a deep breath to feel every touch from him.He kissed her body removing her clothes piece by piece.Then he made love to her passionatly.
****Meanwhile****
Brian was in his room thinking about that talk he had that morning with Nick. He knew that his friend was probably right about what was gonna happen with Leighanne but he was getting really nervous. He couldn't control himself but just thinking to see her was making his heart beat faster. It was gonna be the second time since they broke up that he would see her. And he really didn't know what was gonna happen. The last thing he wanted was to have a fight so he told himself to behave as normal as possible in front of her. But he was feeling strange. He didn't know if he has to talk to Amber about what he was feeling. She was usually really understanding but... this time was different. He didn't want her to be worried or anything like that. He thought that it would be probably better if he let this goes and see what would happen the next week. After that, everything would be like it used to be.
