Mocha Dessert Dip
ingredients
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 envelope Dream Whip whipped topping mix
directions
Thoroughly blend cocoa
and coffee with a small amount of the milk in a deep narrow bottom bowl.
Add remaining milk,
vanilla and whipped topping mix and blend thoroughly. Whip at high
speed with
rotary beater or
electric mixer until topping peaks. Whip 2 minutes longer, until topping
is light, fluffy
and fully whipped.
Serve as a dessert
dip with rolled tube cookies.
