Noel and Dottie
Dottie is a cool lady that I met in West Virginia. She had a mental handicap, but that dosen't stop her from enjoying life. She sits outside in the summer and colors in a coloring book all day long as happy as can be. I spent and afternoon sitting with her coloring and talking. She is an amazing person that I'm glad I got to meet. |
