My Best Friend
My best Friend is always here for me,
even though Him, I never visually see.
My best Friend lives down in my heart,
in my life, he plays a big part.
My best Friend is always around,
cause He lives within me, Him I have found.
My best Friend is always forgiving,
it’s because of Him, that I am living.
My best Friend gives me support, comfort and love,
He is very peaceful, sometimes it’s represented by a dove.
My best Friend is well-known,
He helps me when I feel down or alone.
My best Friend can be your best friend too,
accept him, is what you have to do.
My best Friend is not Ralph, Bill or Todd,
name above all names, my best Friend is God.

There is Someone Watching Me
When I’m eating or sleeping
or crying and weeping,
He is always there watching.
When I’m at church or school
or swimming in a pool,
He is always there watching.
When I’m walking or driving
doing my best, or striving
He is always there watching.
When I’m happy or sad
overjoyed, angry or mad
He is always there watching.
He is not a stalker or a stranger,
but He’s a Friend who keeps me out of danger.
Let Him be your Friend and you can be secure,
because He will protect you, nothing to fear.
God is His name,
get to know Him and you’ll never be the same.
God will change your life for the best,
living for Him will sure give you rest.
