LL on BET's "106th and Park" with Puff Daddy - April 06

LL Cool J appeared on BET's "106th & Park" show at 6pm.

He brought two baskets of gifts for co-hosts, Free and A.J. and invitations for the live-in- studio audience to watch his upcoming movie "Kingdom Come," which opens nationwide on April 11th and co-stars Whoopi Goldberg, Vivica A. Fox, Toni Braxton, Jada Pinkett, Cedric the Entertainer, amongst others.

LL spoke about the great deal of respect he had for the all-star ensemble cast. "106th and Park" show a clip of the movie featuring LL and Vivica A. Fox. Trust me, it's a lot of drama!

A new single from LL, off the Violator summer release album Violator Volume II, called "Put Your Hands Up" should be available in stores soon. The song is produced by Swizz Beatz. LL said it's, "Off da hook!"

"106th and Park" showed a old school joint of LL song "Flava In Your Ear," featuring Notorious BIG, Craig Mack, Rampage, Busta Rhymes and Puff Daddy. Speaking of which, Puff Daddy also appeared on the show and seemed to share a good relationship with the Greatest Of All Times. Puffy debut a new video "Let's Get It," featuring G. Dep and Black Rob.

Back to LL, he spoke about a new production company / label "Rock The Bells" scheduled for upstart this year. The aim is to produce young talents. LL also spoke about a new album for this year. If you didn't catch the show, check it out for the repeated airings.

"106th and Park" is hosted by Free and AJ and is now billed as the network's signature show. It delivers an interactive format with call-outs, e-mails and the "Top 10" music videos of the day as voted on by BET viewers. The show airs twice from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. weekdays and repeated from 11:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays. It also features guest stars.

LL Cool J will be on MTV's Total Request Live next Friday, April 13 at 4:00 PM EST on MTV to promote his new film "Kingdom Come".
