God has been awesome. He IS Awesome!
I just got back from Lake Powell the other day; spent four days and three nights on a couple houseboats with my family and relatives.
It was sooo much fun! And I got to think about a lot of stuff, too.
And to sum it all up I've decided to view love, purity, and singleness from His perspective, to have a new lifestyle and attitude; instead of spending my young life wishing and hoping and drowning myself in depression just cuz I haven't had an actual relationship before, or that special date with that special someone or that wonderful first kiss and I'm 18 now. I figure, okay!
If that's the way God wants it, that's the way it's gonne be.
I've decided to be content no matter what the circumstance is. I'm doing something with my singlehood instead of doing something about it.
As a single, I have the freedom right now to explore, study, and tackle the world, which is something I may never have the chance to do in the future (when I am no longer single. . .maybe).
Also, I need to not only concenrate on finding the right person but, more important, on becoming the right person myself.
