Raging red,road-ravaging
Rocket 48'Ford"
The frame was modified and rebuilt using a
Morrison rear and Conte independent front
suspension. Aldan shocks smooth vibrations
and a Pinto rack-and-pinion system steers the beast.
A Currie 9-inch Ford rearend and BFGoodrich tires
on Monocoque wheels maintain ground contact. The
frame retains the stock rear-mounted 21-gallon
fuel tank, so the rubber is a bit narrower than
Pro Street convention dictates. The big-block is
lowered in the frame so it will reside under a closed head.


Wild & Cherry 55' Del Ray coupe
was to design a car of the 50s with a modern look.
The remarkable engine compartment is filled with a
0.030-over 350 pulled from a Nova. Ran with a pair of
chrome AFB Carter 650's with a polished aluminum intake
from a '61 Vette. All aluminum were hand-polished by
Beaudins Polishing. The exterior chrome pieces were
removed and the sheetmetal was welded closed.
Candy Apple Red laquer applied.


Ragtop O' The World 57'Bel-Air
The '57 is a frame-off restoration and is
totally stock from the 250-horse fuel injected
283 engine.


Parlian's red 74'Dodge Challenger
Powered by a genuine Mopar Six Pack,
how could it not be?
The engine is a '70 440 Six Pack motor
bored 0.060-inch-over with TRW 10.5:1 pistons
a Cam Dynamics valve actuation device, and topped
with an Edelbrock 3x2 aluminum manifold and Holley
carbs. The tranny is a stock four-speed with Zoom
clutch and Ladewood bell-housing. A Dana 60 rear end
with 4.88:1 gears and strange axles finish up the drive
train. The 110-inch-wheel base chassis is built out of 2x3
-inch 11-guage steel, and the body is modified to accept
a set of Goodyear jumbo Eagles. Paint is Hot Red.


"56 Bel-Air
The engine compartment is stuffed with a 1969
L-88 427 big-block topped with a Holley 750 carb
and Street Dominator intake. The rearend was
narrowed 22 inches and filled with a '66 12-bolt
Posi and 4.56:1 gears.


MINT GREEN CONDITION
Running an LS-6 454 with a Holley 750 double
pumper. The transmission is a Turbo 400 with a
Hurst converter and B&M shift kit. The 9-inch
rearend came fom a '77 Lincoln.
