Here are some letters and propaganda reguarding various federal matters -- in one way or another they revolve around American racial classification

A bill will be heard in Congress next week to prohibit affirmative action in admissions for ANY institution of higher education that receives ANY federal funding (Pell grants, loans, etc.). This would end affirmative action in EVERY COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY IN THE UNITED STATES! Rep. Frank Riggs (R-CA), Chairman of the House Education Subcommittee on Children, Youth, and Families an ANTI-AFFIRMATIVE ACTION in admissions amendment Act is voted on the floor NEXT WEEK. The amendment would prohibit all institutions of higher education from using affirmative action in its admission decisions. If even one student at the institution receives federal funds (i.e. a Pell Grant or Student Loan), they would be violating federal law under this proposal. Affirmative action would be illegal even if the school believes it is necessary to ensure a diverse student body, or to remedy past or present discrimination. Call members of Congress (202) 224-XXXX and the President (202)XXX-1414. They need to hear from us how important affirmative action is. PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW! NOW I THINK ANYONE WILL AGREE THAT AFFIRIMATIVE ACTION IN UNIVERSITIES (THAT IS THE FAVORED ADMISSION OF STUDENTS BASED ON THEIR SKIN COLOR) IS ABSOULUTELY ABSURD AND SHOULD BE DONE AWAY WITH. MOST COLLEGES DO NOT ADMIT BASED ON SKIN COLOR BUT RATHER THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION THEY EXCERCISE IS MAKING ADMISSIONS ACADEMICLY EAISER FOR STUDENTS THAT CAME FROM HIGH SCHOOLS WHOS LEARNING STANDARD AND LEARNING ENVIORNMENT WAS NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS OF OTHER SCHOOLS (PARTICULARLY SUBURBAN AND SMALL TOWN HIGH SCHOOLS). THINK ABOUT IT, IF A PERSON GOES TO A NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL IN THE INNER-CITY SURRONDED BY DRUGS, GANGS, POOR FACILITES, TEACHERS THAT CURSE AT THE STUDENTS, DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS THAT ARE CONTINUALLY ALLOWED TO DISRUPT THE LEARNING PROCESS DAY IN AND DAY OUT(ROMAN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL, PHILA PA)-- IF A PERSON COULD CHOSE THAT SCHOOL OR A SCHOOL IN A MEDIUM/SMALL SIZED TOWN 2 HOURS BEYOND THE SUBURBS NO ONE WOULD ARGUE THE STUDENT IN THE CITY WAS MORE PREPARED FOR COLLEGE. THUS COLLEGES PRACTICE "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY" NOT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (WHICH IS NAZI).
