For those of you who don't know, Michael passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2001, only eight days after his sixteenth birthday. The articles I have read, said he died of respiratory failure. I (Veronica) just found out yesterday, on January 16, 2001. I was online, and I was on this dumb site, when I saw an article talking about how one of the 2gether members died. My first reaction was "This is just some SICK SICK joke!" So, I immediatly called Jessica and she signed online. We looked around, to see if this was really true. Sadly, we found out it was, when we saw things about his departure on his site, www.makingadifference.org/index2.html, www.noahsmom.com, and www.mtv.com. We were both shocked, and we still can't quite comprehend what happened. I, personally, did not even know how sick he truly was. It was only a couple weeks ago, when 2gether was on MTV, and Michael was missing. The other guys of 2gether just said he wasn't feeling well. He wasn't feeling well alright. He was in the hospital! It's so strange, because, I will be thinking of 2gether, when a picture of Q.T. pops into my mind. Then I, (Jessica and I), realize "Oh My God, he's gone. He's gone and he's never coming back." Things like this make you just want to ask God how he could take such a wonderful person away from us. Yet, we know he is in a better place, and he is suffering no more. We are going to miss him so much. He was such a wonderful person, and accomplished so many things in his short life. It's funny, because we would always picture what Michael would be like when he got older, what his acting/singing career would turn into, and things like that. But he's never going to get to pursue his acting career, nor his singing career. Lately, it's been starting to sink in, and his departure has made us both, very sad. You might think that just because you never knew him, means you won't miss him. For us, thats definetly not the case. We will miss him so much. He was one of my favorite members of 2gether, in fact, my FAVORITE at one point in time. Jessica and I just wanted to create this portion of the site, to let him know, (even though he won't be seeing this, unless of course its from Heaven) and all of you other people out there, that we love him, and miss him so much. He will remain in our hearts forever. We will never forget him. Not ever. Just another thing: I am sure Michael still wants to help fight Cancer. Please help out his family by sending in donations to his charity. Anyways, that's all there is that we want to say. But we'll leave on this one last note: Michael: We love you and miss you, we know your smiling down on all of us, and you will remain in our hearts forever! WE LOVE YOU!! Each and every one of us!
