         So everyone already knows the basics of NSYNC. How the group was formed, who's who, ect. Common sense, the world knows about NSYNC. No more "NSYNC who?". It just doesn't fly. Even if you are not a fan of the music [why are you here] you've still heard of them. The boys have sold millions of albums and merchandise and have a very strong fan base throughout the United States and the world. So what makes them so great? Contrary to what some believe not all the fans are in it for the looks of the guys. Chris, Joey, Lance, Justin and JC are genuine. Listen to thier acceptance speeches at awards shows. They thank God first and know that without Him nothing is possible. They are extreemly humble and don't take their fame and popularity for granted. NSYNC is just five very talented men doing what they love to do and having a blast doing it. I hate it when people say that they have no talent at all. It's not true. If you want to hear true vocal skill just listen to one of their acapella songs and their rounded harmonies. The guys also have dance moves that kill. Thanks in part to their many coreographers and endless hours of practice. They are not controlled by strings and were never put through some "bubble gum" factory. They are in control of their own lives and are making excelt careers for themselves.

         As far as the fandom of NSYNC goes. We are not all "teeny-boppers" and we don't all have some desire to marry one of the guys. There are fans above the age of thirteen and not all NSYNC fans are female or homosexual males. They do have straight male fans and adult fans. Believe it! I know that personally being an NSYNC fan I get critisism constantly from family, friends and total strangers. I try to shrug it off though because I know that not everyone likes what I like. The one thing I don't like about fans is those who stalk NSYNC, scream histerically right in their faces when they meet them, maul them in public, etc. I think as a fan you have to know your boundaries. It's not right to intrude on anyone's personal life unless they choose to share it with you. Stalking people is a crime so don't do it. When you show your "love" for them, tell them you admire them for their humbleness and you value what they are doing in the industry. Don't scream out "Justin marry me" and expect a possitive reply. This is one of the many reasons I support RFFB [Real Fans Fight Back] and display their banner on my site. It's a great cause. So what have I gotten to here? I'm an NSYNC fan loyal 'till the end. I do not expect to ever marry one of them and quite frankly I don't see my chances of meeting them as being very high because I am...sane for lack of a better word. I've been to four concerts but I will never invade their privacy or make any of them feel threatened. If by some miricle I meet them one day I will contain myself. Get their autographs if the setting is right for that and tell them just how much I admire them and that's it. I'll go away happy knowing that I'm a real fan.
