Though the nights are quieter now
I've discovered it's not so bad
For by turning my computer on
I am no longer sad
You're always there to cheer me up
At whatever time of day
And even though we don't say that much
We always have things to say
It's not just the compliments
The greetings or goodbyes
It's just enough you're always here
To dry my teary eyes
I try to do the same for you
And times I don't succeed

But given time I'll get it right
And give you what you need
You have a set of problems
Just like I have mine
But with our friendship growing daily
All will be solved in time
I'll keep it quite intact
For I truly know it's worth
Cause I feel we are together
Though on different sides of Earth
I'm so glad we found each other
With this computerized endeavour
For I know deep inside my heart
We'll remain good friends forever
