On the happiest of events
For our wedding would mean nothing

To see the folks that travelled from
The Gold Coast, Sydney and Rocky
To all those people I've missed I'm sorry
But I did not have the time
For all those outback country towns
Are really hard to rhyme
We'd like to thank you for all these gifts
We're so happy we're trembling like jelly

Cause we need those things to fill our house
Cause it's empty like an Ethiopian's belly
And I'd like to thank my new nana
For making us this cake
It's looks so yummy I think I'll eat
As much as I can take
I think my wife is very pretty
In this lovely wedding dress
I believe we owe it all to Judy
She saved the day I guess
Anyhow, I'm glad that Brenda agreed with me
When I popped the question
But I had no doubt - cause she worked out
She could finally become a Weston
