HOLLYWOOD --- Chuckie, Tommy and the entire Pickles clan turned Hollywood Boulevard into the Champs Elysees Sunday morning, as audiences filled Mann's Chinese Theater for the preem of Paramount's "Rugrats in Paris: The Movie," then walked across the street to enjoy lunchtime crepes and les hot dogs.

Kids were partaking in carnival games, hopping aboard a Ferris wheel and dancing on stage, while parents talked business (if they were able to hear each other above the ear-splitting music). Par execs Sherry Lansing and Jonathan Dolgen, Nickelodeon's Herb Scannell and Albie Hecht and MTV's Tom Freston were in good spirits, surely hoping the animated sequel can hit $ 100 million, following the lead of the first "Rugrats" pic.

Among those attending were voice talents E.G. Daily and Debbie Reynolds; helmers Stig Bergqvist and Paul Demeyer; producer Arlene Klansky; and guests Beau Bridges, Amanda Bynes, Aaron Carter, Bruce Davison, Mariel Hemingway, Gale Anne Hurd, Dylan McDermott, Ray Romano, Scott Sassa and Jane Seymour.
