Whew, been a while since an update, eh? Sorry. :) But I'm here now...
You might have heard that earlier this year BJ was in a car accident and are wondering if it was even true. It was infact true, and yes, drugs were involved. HOWEVER, BJ is a human--we all make mistakes... and guess what! BJ is doing better than ever as the incident has helped her make some life choices that are for the best. BJ is now attending business school in Florida. This would also explain her absence from recent Carter Family gatherings such as the recent Disney Cruise. :) Best wishes go out to BJ!!!
May 12 is Mother's Day... HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all Mother's out there... such as BJ's mom Jane! :)

During the television broadcast of the "2001 Teen Choice Awards" [taped August 12, 2001], BJ can be briefly seen standing with Aaron and Nick on the 'red carpet.' I have added 2 pics from this to the "Pics" section. If you missed the awards, you can catch the repeat on November 23 on FAMILY at 5PM EST!

In the newest issue of "Mmm Mag," BJ is mentioned along with sister Angel for being spotted backstage on Aaron's Summer tour!
*September 3, 2001*
Aaron's SOLD OUT Summer tour came to an end at the end of August. BJ was very helpful for this tour - being in charge of major tour productions such as the wardrobe. Word is out of a new tour later this year - maybe BJ will continue her 'job' for that tour as well. :)
BJ was at the "Teen Choice Awards" which was pre-taped on August 12. It aired on TV on August 20. BJ wasn't really shown on TV, but she was sitting beside mom, Jane, and Aaron thanked her during his acceptance speech for his award - Choice Male Artist! CONGRATS AARON! :) When they showed Jane, you could see BJ's shoulder/hair! LOL

BJ is busy on Aaron's tour with the wardrobe and other various "tour productions."
The "Aaron Carter & Samantha Mumba In Concert Disney Special" has been airing in the USA for the past few months, and will repeat some more in July! Now the high energy special hits Canadian television! Don't forget to watch because BJ is in the special! :) The dates and times are below.

BJ has been hangin' with Aaron the past week in Canada while he did a couple concerts in Halifax and shot some videos in Toronto for his next album.
BJ is now the production manager for Aaron's tour! GO BJ!!!
Leslie and mom Jane are also with Aaron. Nick was breifly with them, for the shooting of Aaron's videos.

BJ had her wisdom teeth out on Thursday [May 3] and still looks great! :)

BJ is in Aaron's "Disney Concert Special" with Samantha Mumba, which airs on TV throughout April! GO BJ!
