Backstreet Boys Collaborating With Boyz II Men

The Backstreet Boys plan to collaborate with Boyz II Men on their new album, group member Kevin Richardson said backstage at Sunday's taping of ABC's "Motown 45" special in Los Angeles. As previously reported, the Jive group expects to have the set ready for late summer release, with a tour to follow.

"When we were signed, it was all Nirvana and gangsta rap, and we pushed the envelope then," Richardson said. "So we want to push the envelope again and go where people think we can't take it."

In addition to writing with others, the Boys have been writing songs as a group. One such track, "Rushing Through Me," has already been cut with the Underdogs producing.
