"Can I see what you're reading?"
"No." I moved the book from his sight.

I turned to another page of the book.

"Yeah Chris?"
What are you doing now?" He snuggled his head into my lap
"Reading."
"Can I see what you're reading?"
"No." I moved his head from my lap.

I closed the book.

I stood up and smiled.

"Yes Chris?"
"Where are you going?" He watched with curious eyes as I walked to the bunks.
"I'm going to sleep."
"Can I come?" Chris asked hopefully.
