Chapter 16
The club was just kick ass. She was so much fun there.
"Hey Shyan um Chad asked me to go to this one club, is it okay if we go there? You can come." Alissa asked.
"Who's Chad?" Shyan asked.
"Oh this guy i met down here tonight. Here i'll introduce you to him if ya want?"
"Naw that okay. Hey you go ahead and i'll just have fun her k." She said not trying to interfere with her best friends life.
"You sure? You want me to come back and pick you up in a wail?" She asked Shyan.
"No its okay i'll catch a cab. Just go have fun kay, and dont worry bout me if i aint home i am gonna have a great time here." She laughted. She was just joking with her friend.
"Okay bye Shyan."
"Cya Alissa." Then Alissa left with Chad.
Shyan decide she would go have another drink. She wasnt a big drinke but tonight she just wanted to relaxes and have fun without any worries with Scott and Nick.
"What can i get you to drink?" Asked the bartender. She got a drink and sat there drinking.

Nick was decided to get another drink.
"Hey Nick what can i getcha?" The bartender asked him.
As soon as Shyan heard Nick her heart started to beat faster and faster. Then she thought to herself, 'That can't be Nick, I mean what would he be doing here? He doesnt know i am here in Tampa, does he?' Questions raced through her mind. 'There are tons of people named Nick it can be him.'
"Shyan!?!" The person next to her asked. 'Oh god it NICK!' She thought.
"NICK!" That was the only thing she could say. "What are you doin here?"
"I leave near by." He said with a grin.
"But...but...arent you suppose to be back with the other guys?" Shyan said stuttering.
"Guess not." He said finally happy cause he found what he was looking for.
"Shut up Nick what are you really doing here?"
"You wanna know the truth?"
'Oh god, do I?' She thought. "Yes."
"I came looking for you."
'Damn why'd he have to say that?' "Nick I told you that there is nothing between us, please Nick leave me alone."
"I cant do that!" He argued.
"Why not Nick, why?"
"Cuz I love you." He said looking her straight in the eyes. "And because I know you do too, you just cant admit to yourself the truth."
"No the truth is I love Scott Not you Nick." She said almost in tears.
"Well then look me in the eyes and tell me that. If you truly mean it."
She looked him straight in the eye with her tearful eyes she started. "I...I...I..." She shook her head and broke down and ran out. Nick went after her.

"Shyan wait..." He called to her.
"Leave me alone Nick! I am sick of this, can you see!" She said with tears strimming down her face. Nick came over to her and put her in a hug.
"Look I'm sorry. Didn't mean to make you cry, baby." Nick told her wapping her tears away.
"Nick I'm sorry I dont know what to say. I just still way confussed." She said as she sniffed. "I think I better just go home."
"Well I see you again? Cause we really REALLY need to talk now. This is just gonna way out of control and we really never do get to talk. Do you have my number?" Nick asked her.
"Yeah you're right we do, dont we. I'll call you k." She told him. "I gotta go now, cause I gotta catch a cab, so I'll talk to you lat-" She was cut off.
"Cab!?! I dont think so!" Nick said in a fatherly tone trying to lightin the mode.
She laughed."No seriously I gotta go now."
"I am serious. I can drop you home!" Nick said in a normal tone.
"Naw you dont have to its okay."
"Too bad cause I am. And besides it wasnt a question." He said with a grin.
"Okay fine."

In Nick's limo.
"So where do you live?"
"2269 Shoreliner Rd." She told him.
"In Marathon FL.!?!" He said wide-eyed.
"Yeah why? Wait do I really wannna know?"
"I dont know. I leave like about 25 minutes away from there."
"So that still 25 minutes."
"Yeah but I used to leave around there!"
"Oh my god you serious!?"
"Yeah."
They were have way to Shyan's house now.
"Shyan?"
"Yeah?" She replied.
"Would you mind coming to my crib and chillin? Maybe we could actually talk there."
"Um..."She hesitated. "Okay." She agreed.
"Okay cool." Nick then told the drive to go to his house.

"OH MY GOD!" Shyan exclaimed.
"What?" Nick said confussed.
"I love this damn house, Nick!" He laughed. "Shut up Nick it aint funny."
"Here I'll show you the inside." He unlocked the door.
"Damn Nicky this place is phat!"
"Yeah well I know...wait WHAT!?!" He said confussed. "Did you just call me Nicky?"
"I did!?!" She said not meaning to call him that.
He chuckled. "You called me Nicky!"
"Shut up!"
"Sorry so you want anything to drink?"
"Sure do you got mountain dew?"
"Are you kidding I love Mountain Dew!"

They sat down out on his deck.
"Wow this is beautiful!" She said looking at the ocean from Nicks outside deck.
"Why do you think I moved here?"
"I dont know, i didnt think pop stars cared for all that real beauty in nature and stuff just there money I guess."
"If everything, the money the fame, went away tomorrow I would still be the happy person I am right now."
"Wow you're a great guy, Nick."
"Thanks , and you're a great girl. And dont you think a great guy and a great girl could make a perfect couple?"
"Nick!"
"What? Just answer the question and I mean honestly!"
"Yes." She mubbled.
"What didcha say, I couldn't hear you?"
"Yes." She said louder.
"Then now let me ask you this question. Why won't you like me?"
She just couldn't help but cry again. This was why to much for her what could she do? Nick went over to her and gave her a hug again and held her tightly.
"Here lets just go inside." He told her helping her up and they went into the Living Room.

"Do you want the truth?" She asked Nick softly barely above a whisper.
"Yeah." He still held her in his arms.
"I do like you ...a lot..." She said that and broke in to more tears. She buried her face into his chest crying.
"Its okay."
"No Nick its not. I love you..."
