JANET FEATURED ON BET BLACK HISTORY MONTH
BET has collaborated with music superstar Janet Jackson on a 10-part series of special Black History Month vignettes profiling famous as well as lesser-known African Americans. Entitled “Black History: Pass It On”, the spectacular campaign features Ms. Jackson in an inspirational tribute designed to share noteworthy aspects about the lives and historic contributions made by these individuals. The series began running on BET this week, and will continue throughout February.

Janet's superbowl performances were HOT! She got the press talking everywhere about her performance with Justin Timberlake. Justin performed his song "Rock your body", and at the very end of the song when he sings,"gonna have you naked by the end of this song", he pulls off Janets left bra cup, and reveals Janet's bare breast which had a nipple ring! This was only for a split second though. However CBS was unhappy of the whole situation claiming that it was a violation of the FCC rules. Janet later apologized for the incident and said that she was sorry if she offended anyone.

It has been CONFIRMED that Janet will appear on TRL UK on Friday February 6th 2004 performing her new single and doing an interview.
Well we are all patiently awaiting Janet's new album for 2004, a single will drop soon this year. Having put in time with her longtime friends and producers Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, she's also done a couple of tracks with Missy Elliott. Janet's latest collaboration was with producer Rich Harrison, who laced Beyonce's Grammy nominated hit "Crazy in Love."
Currently Janet is scheduled to perform at this year's Super Bowl XXXVIII half time show on February 1, 2004, live on CBS from Houston's Reliant Stadium.
Janet will also be starring in the ABC television movie "Lena", she will be portraying Lena Horne. Janet is also the executive producer of the film.
