SNOWFALL
ON THE BEACH
Maybe on the long beaches next to the seas of the earth, it never snows, because
the shells would feel too lonely seeing each snow flake embracing each sand
grain...
Maybe that's why winters gently melt
away any snowfall trying to cover the wet sand... but this winter won't be
similar to any past one... because right in its middle a new century will begin
like a promise for a new light of the earth...
... and in the short moment between
the years, when the two winters will forget for a moment to carress the
forgotten lonelinesses at the edge of the sea, it will snow far away, on the
beach with shells.
