On the date of Monday, February 6 2017.
Dead webites tells no tale. Almost 6 years to the date since the last release, FF3usME 6.8.0 is now available. Nothing big and this is maybe the right approach to future releases. Many thanks to The Madsiur for talking me into this and of course the community at FF6 Hacking for their feedback.
