An unusual sitcom by Colin Johnson, developed from a radio play of the same name (transmitted in April 1994) and telling the story of Julius Hutch, played by Peter Jones, who becomes a millionaire as the apparent result of an unusually large banking error in his favour.  Celestine Randall and Geoffrey Wickham also starred.  Series Two saw Julius turning his attention to the problems of rural development, setting up the radical Tree Party.
