A series notable for the presence of Hugh Grant — a man in the right place at the right time if ever there was one — who had recently been catapulted to international film stardom by the huge success of Four Weddings and a Funeral.  Grant co-starred with the writers, Chris Lang, Andy Taylor and Simon Greenall, in this tale of a group of crusading knights unfettered by either moral scruples or competence.  Others appearing in the series included Chris Langham and Rebecca Front.
