A wonderful and highly individual curiosity written and performed by north-eastern humorist Leonard Barrass.  Each short programme consisted of a series of shorter monologues, supposedly reminiscences about life in the Tyneside community of Wallsend, and relating the eccentric activities of an array of regular characters.
