Merc's WWF Awards 2001

These awards are the continuation of Mercury32 and Christa's WWF Awards 1999. First of all, Christa hasn't watched the WWF in months, so she has no idea who any of the Alliance members are. I didn't do the awards last year, cause I just couldn't be bothered. So anyways, my awards.

The 'Bigger Tits than Narni award' (Best Pectorials)

Nominees: Christian, Val Venis, Kurt Angle, Billy Gunn, The Rock, Triple H.

Winner: Billy Gunn

The 'Yeah Yeah' Award (Best Hair)

Nominees: Christian, Test, RVD, Jericho, Jackie, Bradshaw, Jeff Hardy. Raven

Winner: Raven

The 'Priscilla, Queen of the Desert' Award (Best Costume)

Nominees: Jericho's vinyl pants and glittery shirt, Jericho's speedos, Edge in vinyl pants, Hurricane Helms

Winner: As much as I love the Hurricane, and nearly any man in vinyl, the award has to go to Chris in Speedos.

The 'Show's Over Folks 'Award (Best Finisher):

Nominees: Stunner, Pedigree, Fameasser, Con-chair-to, Walls of Jericho,

Winner: Tie Between the Walls of Jericho & the Fameasser.

The 'Light up a City' Award (Best Smile):

Nominees: Edge, Stone Cold, Mick, RVD's 'So who's got the munchies?' grin, Chris Jericho's 'oohh, here's Steph' smirk, Crash Holly

The 'You have way too much Time on Your Hands' Award(best tattoos)

Nominees: Lita, Taker (they're the only tatts I've noticed this year)

Winner: A tie

The 'I want to get into those pants' Award (Best symbol on pants)

Nominees: RVD, Kane, Jericho, Test (the leather with the tattoo)

Winner: RVD

The 'I Like the Sound of my Own Voice' award (Best Catchphrase):

The Music to my Ears Award (Best Theme Song):

The Say What? Award (Best Line:)

Edge: This 5 second pose is called 'Kane, we're sorry we bashed you with chairs on Smackdown and Undertaker, you're a pretty cool guy too.'

Shane: And C is also for cookie, and that's good enough for me.

JR: I've seen Austin drinking and he's barely getting started.

Rock: We'll go to London, we'll go to France, we'll go all around the world but if we get stuck we can use Stephanie's breasts as a floatation device.

Chris: I'm gonna get that dirty, disgusting, greasy animal.... and I'm gonna get you too Rhyno!

Any moment involving the torment of Stephanie's and/or her implants. (close second)

The Bakery Award (Best Butt):

The Soapie Award (Best Angle:)

There is only really one angle this year that is worth this award and It would have to be the Invasion, then WWF vs The Alliance.

The Melbourne Cup Award (Best Stable):

This awards was canceled due to lack of Stables.

The Wolf Whistle Award (Best Looking):

Nominees:: Jericho, Edge, Christian, Shane, Jeff, RVD, Raven

Winner: Umm....well I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed for farting, that's for sure.

Mark Out Moment:

Nominees: Edge/Christian split, Stephanie as owner of ECW, Chris Jericho being undisputed champ, Moppy's murder, the SummerSlam kiss

Winners: The SS Kiss &Edge/Christian split

Salesman of the Year (Best Sell):

Nominees: Shane, Edge, Christian, X-Pac, Hunter

Winner: Shane (second year running)

The Academy Award (Best Facial Expressions):

Nominees: Shane, Vince Stone Cold, Hunter, Taker, Test, RVD (again, the 'Who's got the Munchies?' grin) Crash Holly.

The 'If the Wind Changes Will Your Face Stay Like That?' Award (Facial Expression of the Year:)

I cannot recall any memorable facial expressions, other than the looks Jericho and Steph give each other whenever they get withing 10 feet of each other. Although the look Raven gave Molly when he said 'I don't have a girlfriend' was fairly good too.

Most Kissable: (Best Lips)

Winner: Raven

Best Gimmick:

Nominees: Paranoid Austin, Hurricane Helms, Molly Holly, APA, Jackie, Ninja Woman Tori

Winner: I'd have to go with Ninja Woman Tori

The Melrose Place Award (Best Feud):

Nominees: Hollys vs Raven/Ninja Tori, McMahon vs McMahon, Edge vs Christian, Stephanie vs Chris

Winner: Hollys vs Raven/Tori (There was sooo much potential!)

The Tell 'em how you Really Feel Award (Best Sign):

Nominees: San Antonio's only X-pac Fan, Stephanie is a JericHO, 'RVD stole my stash!' (ok, I didn't see it, but a friend told me about it, she coulda been lying'

Winner: San Antonio's Only X-Pac fan (In the words of Homer Simpson - it's funny cause it's true!)

The Bonnie and Clyde Award (Best Tag Team):

Nominees: Edge & Christian, Hardyz, Undertaker/Kane, APA, Big Show/Spike

Winner: APA

Cutest Couple:

Nominees: Stephanie/Hunter, Raven/Tori, Molly/Spike Torrie/Tajiri

Best Match:

Winner: All of them for different reasons

Stupidest Move by the WWF:

Nominees: Giving Chyna the Women's Belt, Dropping the Raven/Tori vs Hollys feud, just dropping Chyna off TV.

Winner: All of the above. I think I've ranted on these subjects enough.
