First, after you download the program, you need a template to make the card. You can either use the Superstar, Special, or Move page template. You right click the image and choose Copy. Then, on PSP, you choose Edit..., Paste..., As New Image. The template is turned into a new image, as shown below:
After this, you need to put your other images on the card. This includes side bindings for cards, momentum symbols, the card picture, the move type symbol, etc. You do this by right clicking on any image you want to put on the card, and click Copy. In PSP, click Edit..., Paste..., As New Selection. Then, it will allow you to place the image where you want on the card. This is shown below:
To resize the picture for the card, I suggest using the Paint program on your computer. When you have already copied the card picture, you can go into Paint and click Edit..., Paste. You can then use the squares on the edges of the picture to resize it. You can then put the resized image on the card through the previous step.
Then, you can put text on your card too. You can do this by clicking the "T" on the PSP toolbar. Then, you can click on the image for the options with the text. Then you can choose where on the image you wish to put the text. You can change the text color with the two colored squares on the toolbar. The square overlapping the other square is the text color. Double-click this, and choose the proper color.
Use these steps to turn your image into a With Authority! card!!! After your finished, click File..., Save As..., and choose the file name for your card.
