About Us
This site was created as a product and community outreach project for a LMHS student. This product was for her Senior Service Learning Project. The thesis that she was trying to prove was that certain forms of mental retardation were preventable. This website is hours of hardwork and research that culminated into this finished product.
Most of the information for this project was learned first hand while the student volunteered with the local advocacy center for the mentally disabled. She dedicated many hours with people with disabilities and was able to contribute to the making of this site.
