The comments in this form also will help You how to become a perfect host for our customers. This form is completely anonymous and not obligatory, so there is no risk for You! (But please answer honestly!) You just choose a nickname and send this form to us.
If we would like to add Your accommodation to our catalogue, we will contact You within a couple of days by e-mail. May be we will ask You some additional questions. If You would like also to offer transportation and guided tours for Your guest(s), we will discuss with You the schedule and the achievable fee for these tours.
Then we will arrange a meeting with You and a representative of our company will visit You and "test" Your accommodation like a real western tourist -already for a rental fee, that's understood of course! Our agent will discuss with You last details how to improve Your offer of room, meals, transportation and the guided tours and if all runs perfect he will conclude a contract with You in which You agree that our company is allowed to arrange Your accommodation to tourists.
Before we send a customer to You our company will transfer a prepayment to Your account which will make good Your expenses for food and transportation (petrol, taxi, bus- and train tickets, other tickets) for this guest. After the stay of our customer with You we also will pay the remaining fees for accommodation, transportation and guided tours.
