A true hero of the mighty Cartworth Moor. Derek is one of the three wise men who guide Cartworth Moor. Just like Roman Abramovich, Derek has helped appoint the managers and get Cartworth into the position they are currenly in!

Derek is a modern man, behind many of the new policies of Cartworth. He can not be stopped from enthusing over the youth team and technologies like the internet, which help keep the world wide Cartworth fan base (hobbie) updated.

In efforts to strengthen the mighty Cartworth Moor, Derek sacrafices every Saturday for the Cartworth, travelling the length and bredth of Huddersfield, relentless searching for new talent,

in every pub and bar on route.

At times his dedication has meant that he has even forgone the chance to watch the game.
