Their aim is to prevent the U.S. from intervening in Honduran economic and political affairs. They are a radical leftist group.

Structure
This group is not well-known and they do not have many members. They are supported by Cuba and were also connected to the former Government of Nicaragua.

History
Established in the late 1980s in order to carry out attacks on U.S. military personnel stationed in Honduras.

Activities
Mostly carrying out attacks on American servicemen. Most of the attacks were perpetrated between 1988-90.
