Each team will consist of at least 5 players, which will be used to play 4-on-4 basketball
Captains will hold a draft of every player and there will be a lottery drawing to decide what number pick the captains have
Team uniforms of some sort are required, but not provided
Each player in the league will give at least $10.00 which will go towards the winners pot of money, or trophies
End of the Year Rewards or Mid-Season honors include:MVP, An All-EBA team, All star teams and game, along with 3pt. and dunk contest(8-10 ft)
Each team will be given two opponents for a seven-ten day period, they can schedule the time and place that is most convenient for each team
Each player/team keeps there own stats and refs themselves
The game will consist one game up to 40, with it being half-time when one team hits 20
Captains will rate the players with a 1-7 point system determining a certain "draft value" for each player
These point values can go up or down depending on a person's play during the season or preseason
Trades will be allowed as long as the point values match up or are close to matching and must be run by the captains
At the end of the 7-10 day period, Lance or Jay will collect the game stats
There will also be "lines" for each game done so if anybody wants to bet or gamble on a particular team or game then they can
Noone will be allowed to bet for or against themselves, and if anyone is caught cheating or being paid off then that person will be kicked out of the league and the money they bet or gained will be added to the winners pot
