            Hi 1^ère Bac. Students! My name is Brahim, and I am an accountant. I am Moroccan, but I live in London. I adore food very much, but I hate cooking. My wife, Hafida, is a very good cook, but she doesn't like eating much. She doesn't want to be obese.

            On the Green March Day, I invited some English friends for dinner, and my wife prepared a couscous dish for them. They enjoyed it and thanked her a lot. One of them asked her how she made it, and Hafida told her that cooking is an art. It is not chemistry.

            I was very pleased myself because for me couscous is the best dish of all. It is delicious, and healthy. The party was great, but that night I couldn’t sleep well because I ate too much. As I see it eating too much at night is generally very bad for health.
