Re-Draft League Constitution

 

  1. The draft will be held at 8:30 pm CT on the evening of September 3, 2007 (each person can draft for only one team)
  2. The draft will be conducted through the Yahoo League Draft Page and then all league functions will switch to the E*OFFICE and the Yahoo league will be deleted.
  3. The draft will consist of 20 rounds.  One minute will be given for each pick. A player can only be on one team at a time.
  4. A roster will consist of a maximum 4 quarterbacks, 7 running backs, 7 wide receivers, 2 tight ends
  5. Starting line-ups will consist of a maximum of 2 quarterback, 3 running backs, 4 wide receivers, 1 tight end
  6. The order of finish will be determined by total points. Ties will be broken by 17 week head-to-head comparison, then coin flip.
  7. The season will begin with the kickoff of the NFL regular season and will last until the completion of the NFL regular season.
  8. Each team may trade as often as they like between the conclusion of the draft and the kickoff of week 7 (free of charge).
  9. Each team may make a maximum of seven free agent acquisitions throughout the year (free of charge). 
  10. A thirty-five dollar entry fee must be paid before signing up unless you are an E*OFFICE owner or are sponsored by an E*OFFICE owner (E*OFFICE owners may charge their account) No additional fees will be charged for any reason.
  11. No refunds will be given after money is received.
  12. The top four teams will get their money back & 1st place will win $100, 2nd place will win $70, 3rd place will win $50, and 4th place will win $35. (Assumes a twelve-team league, $25 goes to the E*OFFICE pizza fund)
  13. Payment will be made draft weekend (2nd full weekend after the fourth of July) for E*OFFICE owners. Non-E*OFFICE owners will be paid upon completion of the season.
  14. Final starting line-ups are due by the first kick-off Sunday morning.  If no line-up is submitted by this time, the previous line-up will be used.  If there is a Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday game then players in those games must be started or pulled from previous line-up by the first kick-off of each respective day.  If a player from a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday game is in the previous line-up and are not pulled by the first kick-off of the Thursday, Friday, or Saturday game they are in, then that player is automatically started for that week.
  15. All scores are final after the following week's kick-off or 7 days, whichever comes first.
  16. Re-Draft participants get first priority for spots following the year they participated, but they are under no obligation whatsoever to participate again.

Scoring will be calculated on the following basis:

Touchdowns

·         01-09 yards = 6 points

·         10-39 yards = 9 points

·         40+ yards = 12 points

·         Out of position Td’s = 6 pt bonus (RB's or QB's receiving a TD, RB's or WR's throwing a TD, or QB's or WR's running for a TD)*

·         Kick/Punt Return or defensive Td's scored by an offensive starter = 6 pts

·         All two point conversion = 2 pts

 

Yardage

·         Every 10 yards rushing = 1 pt

·         Every 10 yards receiving = 1 pt

·         Every 30 yards passing = 1 pt

 

* Tight ends count the same as WR's in respect to out of position scoring.
