PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Large genealogical projects require more organization and oversight, especially if the research involves various lines in a number of locations. When needed, I utilize the services of a network of qualified professional genealogists who have access to the courthouses and archives in other locations. As the project manager, I prepare the research plan, involve other researchers when needed for access purposes, compile the documents, enter the data into a genealogy program, analyze the results, prepare the research report, and keep the client informed throughout the process.
