Please submit only one request. Multiple requests will not be posted. Requests in Prayers, Coupons, and Advice are exempt from this rule.
Terms & Conditions:
1. All posted requests will require valid identification and documentation. When placing a request it is necessary to send in your proof of Ebay ID WITH the request INITIALLY. This will ensure your request gets posted in the shortest interval...IF we have to email you and wait for your verification proof, your request will delayed until we have that information. In order for your request to be posted to the list you must submit all proof ask for to be verified by us. Accepted forms of ID are: drivers license,and utility bill showing your name and address you signed up with, a medical card, showing your address.If you are requesting help from ACTR, CIJ, or the Food fund, you will be asked for proof of identity of your children.The form you will fill out include eBay ID, name, address and phone number of requester. ID can be scanned and emailed to givingboardrequests@yahoo.com - Please blacken out social security numbers for your protection. If we get no id from you.....we will email you ONCE for that information and allow a couple of days for you to get it to us...IF we do not hear from you in a timely manner your request will be deleted... Please e-mail for snail mailing address.
2. Only 1 request per address is allowed at a time. Requester must live at the address and/or be financially responsible for person at that address. You cannot submit a request for anyone outside of your household (e.g. friends, extended family members, etc.) Your request must include your server email address, We will no longer accept requests with a yahoo, hotmail or any other free email address.
3. Effective immediately, a lifetime maximum of one(1) time help in assistance from the AF/Funds for requests.This does not mean that Your request will not be posted after verification it will be posted for private adoption. We had to set a limit to protect our givers and to assure that the system is not abused. . If you have exceeded this limit, your request will not be posted.Exceptions to the new policies will be coupons, and, obviously, card and prayer requests.Also by posting your request this does not mean your request has been filled, only that you have been verified to the best of our ability.Your request will be posted for adoption! but may not be filled.
