Theres  3 types of perfornmance car, 1 the serious shit Imprezas and evos etc with all the bolt ons and seriously insane horsepower, 2 the baby brain boy racers with mad bodykits ,lowered so far you cant get a rizla under them and big noisy exhausts that you could smuggle illegal immigrants in . Then theres the Q car, a car that looks standard on the ouside, but underneath all is not what it seems.this is the category mine fits into.The Proton was an ideal base as it is based on an earlier version of the Mitsubishi Lancer.transplanting the entire running gear from an evo 4 into the proton.not an easy job ,but with all the tuning bits, 4 wheel drive ,turbo 260 bhp ,0-60 under 5 secs and a top speed of 155mph ,well worth it.

 Just imagine it sat at the light and baby brain pulls up alongside in his corsafiestasaxo gti revving his 6" tailpipe and causing earth tremors with his boot filling subwoofer.I just dump the clutch and hit 60 before hes managed to get across the junction . nice feeling.plus the volvo estates with the green stripes dont bother me
