Promoting Diversity

We will include an anti-oppression workshop in which participants will explore and relate their experiences with various forms of oppression such as racism, sexism, classism, and homophobia.

In addition, by selecting a diverse group of women to serve as participants, FIRs, workshop facilitators, and speakers, the participants will have the opportunity to consider differences in ideas, backgrounds, and life experiences. Thus, participants will always find women to identify with and women who challenge their own worldview.
