The institute will consist of an intensive five-day residential program with an innovative curriculum designed to:
Teach participants about the diversity of womens historical and contemporary participation in politics and policymaking
Connect participants with womenleaders from diverse backgrounds who make a difference in Cass and Clay counties and the surrounding areas
Cultivate participantsEleadership skills
Help participants work together to build the concrete skills necessary for leadership in a pluralistic society
Help participants develop and implement projects that address needs of the diverse communities of Cass and Clay counties and the surrounding areas.
