This is an image of the house before being prepared and painted.

The colors were chosen by the home owner in close coordination with the painter. A type & brand of paint were suggested for the purpose and a sample was applied onto the house before being painted in its entirety. Several neighbors applauded the playful color choice.

Throughout the process great attention to detail is taken This frame and wall required washing, scraping, course then fine sanding, and an application of spackle and stucco patch, before painting.

In this image you can see the care taken with the sharp edges and hand-brushed fine detail work.

Before scraping and sanding, this window frame was decayed with water damage. Afterwards, the original detail and the geometry of the victorian design were restored.
