About the Site

formerly known as Sacred Illusion, this site began in June of 2004. wow, has it really been such a short time? hmm...seems longer. crazy.

as far as Subtle Hysteria; i thought up the name a few months ago after waking up from a really strange dream. i can't remember the dream, but i used the title for one of my layouts. the layout wasn't too great, but i really loved the title, so somehow it stuck, and now here i am.

it's a very lengthy story as to how i became interested in dolling, dating back to a time when i played Neopets with one of my friends. yes, a loooong story, so i won't get into it now.
