okee...well since i'm JUST STARTING this ringie....i suppose there won't be that many requirements...and it will be fairly easy to get in the ring....there are just some basic common sense requirements....

NO PORN...i'm serious....the only nudity that's understandable in this ring is if it's used as art
NO hate pages....i don't like the shit...it's annoying and ignorant
some type of content **i.e. journal, poetry, art work, music, etc...**
you don't have to have the code on your splash page or index page...you can put it on an EASY TO FIND webring's page...i'm not going to search for 5 minutes for it
no TyPiNg LiKe ThIs...it's annoying...and stupid...and i hate it :)

see.....those requirements aren't that bad...i'm sure you grrls and bois can manage those....so if you fit those requirements....join and submit your site...
