Season 1 of hopefully many more seasons is in full swing so heres the episode names and a short summary of those episodes to date...
Pilot: Rory is accepted to a elite private school, which created financial problems for her mother Lorelai. Forcing Lorelai to come to terms with her relationship with her parents and ask them for money.
The Lorelais' Firs Day At Chilton: Rorys first day at Chilton is anything that its cracked up to be. Her Mom wakes up late and has no dry cleaned clothes, the kids are idiots, her grandma shows up at school, and she finds out every step is going to be alot harder then she, or anyone thought.
Kill Me Now: Rory has to take an extracurricular sport at school so her Grandma suggests her grandfather teach her golf. And so Rory must spend the day at the club with her Grandfather, which actually ends up cooler then her.or her Mother thought. Also Lorelai is faced with the challenes of a double wedding and jealousy.
The Deer-Hunters: Rory recieves her first 'D' ever in her school career and freaks out ver the pressure. Add to that, that her Mom is like a little kid, Rory almost goes down the deep end. But with some studing help from Lorelai Rory gets ready for the big AP test...To bad she sleeps in, and a slight deer mishap, causes her to miss it.
Cinnamon's Wake: An all around crazy episode circling around a neighbors beloved cat funeral. Lorelai finnally talks to Max, and Rory has a lil conversation with Dean.
Rory's brithday Parties: When Rory's 16th Birthday rolls around her Grandmother insists upon giving her a gala party, more for Emily then for Rory, which leads Rory to flip out over the guests and the party in gernal. Later Lorelai and her mother, who had a bond fest shopping for Rory, have an arguement as to how Emily sees the Lorelais and Rory invites her grandparents to her birthday party that her Mom is throwing her. Her grandparents end up coming (the first time ever to lorelais home) and start to realize that they do have a good life in Stars Hollow, and all is sorta well in the world.
Kiss and Tell: When Rory recieves her first kiss from Dean, Lorelai is dissapointed that she wasnt the first to hear about it. Later after a nice chat about it Lorelai ends up accidentily inviting Dean to her and Rorys movie night, which leads to some interesting conversations and a second kiss for Rory :)
Love and War and Snow: Lorelais favorite thing in the world is snow, especially the first snow fall. But when Rory gets stuck at her grandparents because of the snow Lorelai is trapped in Stars Hollow, alome, on her sacred do-nut night. That is until Max shows up in town. Quotes from this episode
Rory's Dance: A fairy tale night for Rory and Dean ends up in disaster when they fall asleep in eachothers arms. When Emily hears about that event she and Lorelai get into a huge fight over whether Rory is a good kid, Lorelai stands up for her daughter, saying shes not her, then kicks Emily out of her hous. Then she changes gears and yells at Rory for her actions.
Forgivness and Stuff: In this special Christmas episode Lorelai must deal with the values of life, death, and forgivness. She and Rory soon make up, but Lorelai is still uniinvited to her parents XMAS party, which her father collapses at. When she hears about the accident Luke and her Rush to the hospital, surprising her Mother.
