NETPB.app --- install and usage

To install NETPB.app, you should copy the application wrapper in the disk image into /Applications or ~/Applications. After installed it, logout and login, then you will find a submenu of NETPB in the general Service menu list.

This software expects a brief experience about Service and NetInfo for users.
When it works as a server, the two steps are MUST:
1st, you should setup access list by Preference.
The authorized hostname(shortname) must be registered under NetInfo.
2nd, start daemon in File menu.

To connect to the server(NETPBS), open 'File/Connect' menu and fill the IP address of the server and port and password phrase.

Now, you can get pasteboard services via network like on your local host.


eg. TextEdit on host A to ProjectBuilder on host B.
Select your desired text area on TextEdit and open and click 'Service/NETPB/copy'. Locate the mouse cursor in a editing document on ProjectBuilder and open and click 'Service/NETPB/paste'.
You will import the copy of the selected text in Edit.app on host A into ProjectBuilder on host B.
