A/N Silly quote of the day:
"Harry Potter’s Beesexual?" -My nine year old boycousin, who heard me and my fifteen year old girlcousin talking about a rumor she read on the net that Dan was Bi. (NOT SAYING HE IS! IT WAS JUST SOMETHING SHE READ!)
Yep Harry loves those bees..

"Momiji Sohma..."
No answer.
"I repeat Momiji Sohma." The teacher sighed, marking the said student absent.
Frowning, Haru looked to Momiji’s empty seat. He was here this morning. Where did he go?
After class let out, Haru stood up and went to leave but was stopped. "Hatsuharu-san, if you don’t mind, please take these to Momiji-san. You two do live close to each other, don’t you?"
"Hai sensei." Haru grabbed Momiji’s homework, putting it into his book bag. He then made his way out of the classroom. (Yes/Teacher, a sign of respect)
----
Momo set in class, her thoughts in the clouds. What was wrong with her? Those days she’d been thinking a lot, and feeling really upset and lonely.
Why don’t the Sohma’s like me? I’m a Sohma too. Papa’s a Sohma. Mama is married to a Sohma, so that makes her one too. So then why? It’s almost like they hate me. But they have no reason to.
Momo’s gaze passed to Kisa Sohma. Her cousin. We’re in the same class. We’re the same age. We’re cousins. Yet she never talks to me other then to pass on instructions the teacher gives her, when he makes her group leader on projects. Maybe...maybe, she’s just really shy. Should I make the first move?
But it’s not just Kisa-chan. It’s all my cousins. Hiro-chan, who’s also in my grade and age. Yuki-san and Ayame-san, who are brothers. Shigure-san, Hatori-san, Hatsuharu-san, Kagura-san, Ritsu-san and Kyo-san. The strange orange haired boy. Oh and Momiji-san, that hyperactive blonde.
They’re all my first or second cousins and yet all of them act like I’m not alive. I...I don’t get it.
"Momo-chan."
Momo looked up, at her best friend, Naji. "Hai, Naji-chan?" (Yes)
"Are you okay? You seem a little depressed."
"Oh, I’m okay, just thinking about things."
"Okay, but Momo-chan, I’m here, if you want to talk."
Momo smiled, "arigoto" (Thanks)
"You’re welcome."
Kisa knew Momiji wanted Momo to know about him, well all of them. She could tell, by the way he looked after she had given him her class photo. He had been so happy, and she had never seen a bigger smile. "Thank you, Kisa-chan!" Momiji had exclaimed.
She wished that somehow the two could be together, even if it was only as ‘cousins.’
Something has to be done. This is just cruel. Why are we so afraid of HIM? Momo-chan must think we hate her. It’s sad, cause none of us really do. Sure, we feel resentment towards her mother, but not her.
Hmm, what should I do?
Momiji was brought out of his thoughts when he heard two voices talking.
"Hatori-san, is Momiji-chan okay?"
"What?" Hatori sounded confused. And he had every right to be.
"He came home sick, or so I assume."
"Haru-kun, come in. This is the first I’ve heard this."
Momiji winced. Now he was going to get it. He had never skipped class before, and wondered if he would be punished.
"MOMIJI-CHAN!"
Momiji jumped, started by the loud yell. He went to his door, opening it, only to be confronted by a worried Haru, and a slightly angered Hatori.
"Are you okay," Haru asked?
"I...I’m fine. I just felt bad, but it’s nothing serious."
"Why wasn’t I informed of your arrival," Hatori demanded to know?
"I...I’m sorry, but you were busy with Shigure-san, and I didn’t want to bother you."
"Busy, huh," Haru said with a smirk.
Hatori turned red, "not that kind of busy, you hentai." He turned to Momiji, a small smile on his serious face, "next time, tell me okay." (Pervert)
"Hai, I will." (Okay)
"Good, now I have to go inspect Akito-san. You two be good while I’m gone."
Both boys rolled their eyes, "Hai, okasan," the both said together. (Mother)
"Oh, ha, ha, very funny. Children," he muttered, leaving the room.
Momiji pouted, "children. We’re not children. And he was acting like our mother." At least how I think a mother should act. It’s not like I really know.
Patting Momiji on the head, Haru smiled, "he just cares is all."
"Yeah, yeah, I know. Still, I’m not a child, I’m a grown up bo...MAN, with grown up man feelings and...and stuff."
Haru smirked, "and what sort of feelings are those?"
"None ya!"(1)
"Oh, come on tell me! Pretty please."
Momiji giggled into his hands. "Since when do you say that?"
"Out of character, huh?"
"Hai." (Yes)
"Oh well, maybe you’re just seeing more of the real me."
Momiji smiled, "aww, that is so sweet." Momiji giggled, behind his hands, "Haru-chan is showing me his true self!"
Haru slightly blushed and rolled his eyes. "I said maybe."
"Ah, ah, ah," Momiji said waving a finger, "no you don’t. You don’t have to be embarrassed about being yourself in front of me or others."
"Hai, I’ll try to act more like myself." (Okay)
"Good. So was the only reason you visited to see how I was doing?"
"Oh," Haru grabbed his book bag, which he had dropped on Momiji’s floor, "Sensei asked me to give you this." He handed over the homework. (Teacher)
Taking the papers, Momiji wrinkled his nose, "oh, perfect now I really feel sick...more sick," he added, catching himself.
"Aww, don’t worry, little bunny," Haru teased, "I’ll help you."
"I ain’t so little," Momiji grumbled. "I’ve grown three inches all have you know."
Haru smirked. He may have grown, but he still only came to his chest. "Right, of course, I noticed."
"Yeah, and I’m still growing, everywhere." Momiji smiled, "I’m even getting nice muscles all over."
"Oh really?"
"Really!"
"I don’t believe you."
Huffing, Momiji started to unbutton his girl school uniform, "I’ll prove it!"
Haru turned scarlet.
With his shirt unbuttoned, he grabbed Haru’s hand, placing it on his chest. "See, feel."
Haru did feel. And see. He certainly did have nice little muscles. "Hai, okay I believe you now." Haru removed his hand, blushing. (Yes)
"Good, and don’t forget it! I may be small for my age, but I’m starting to fill out."
Oh, I won’t forget.
"Haru-chan," Momiji gave Haru a confused look, "are you okay?"
"Huh, what?"
"Your face is all red like."
"Oh...oh, it must be the heat." Yep, it’s the heat.
"Oh, gomen, should I turn the heater off?" (Sorry)
"No need to apologize and no, I’m fine."
"Great! Now about that homework help..."
He is sad about something. I can see through that smile of his. What should I do? Haru thought as he left Momiji’s house.
A/N Thanks for reading. Aww, now I feel sorry for Momo.
