Comments: Graeme is skintwires 2nd guitarist. He plays guitar......well.

One of Graeme's first bands was entitled Kung Fu Monkey. Other band members included Scott Crawford and Paul Petrie (bass player for Skintwire and also drummer for fellow band Merocaine check their site out form the links page). Due to the lack of ambition the band fell away and Graeme was without a band and a thirst for punk. Alan and Graeme then find out that they both listen to the same kind of music...Punk. They also find out that they both have a deep loving of 'GREEN DAY' (Alan claims to be Green Day's biggest fan...but then so does Graeme!!!).

Months later Alan asked Graeme to join himself and Stewart to start a band officialy. Graeme agreed. A few weeks later rehearsals were under way , and during the first rehearsal we came up with an epic tune entitled The Jam Song, a song created out of thin air and we play it to this day. Rehearsal after rehearsal we continued to churn out GREEN DAY covers one after the other, the band was getting no place until.......... SKELLYS SONG Skelly's song is a tune written by Mr Skelly himself It was then reworked by Alan and then lyrics were written by Graeme, Stewart and Alan. This has become the anthem for SKINTWIRE and a prominent set opener.

Stewart's quote on GRAEME SKELLY
"Graeme when playing his guitar at rehearsal or on-stage has the ability to lock himself in a bubble and no one goes in and nothing comes out. A seriously funny guy"
