-first off, have a green day page (duh) that is updated frequently and has some decent content.

-click HERE to sign up. you have to have a yahoo account, but if you dont theres a link right on that page to sign up and its very easy.

-wait for a confirmation letter from me (or a rejection letter if your URL doesnt work like the last person who submitted a site...). the letter will contain the webring graphic code to put on your page, as well as your site ID.

-you MUST put the webring graphic up within one week...i have had lots of trouble from people not doing this and its too much of a hassle to hunt them down until they do. if it isnt up within a week, or i dont hear from you telling me why it isnt, you will be deleted NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
