~ Welcome to the first of many updates. First off you'll notice that i finally got started on the face lifts for the site. Making things look around look a hella lot better. Secondly we should have some new music up on the site very soon...gods forbid that the fans actually get a taste of the 5 albums of unreleased material! ;)

Also i have a few new pictures to go up...its just a matter of me sorting out which ones aren't up and which are. Not to mention finding out the dates of the shows...

Also i'm working on getting a new message board working...this way there will be less annoying popups. I know Oney will enjoy posting again!

Thats its from the tube right now!

~ I'd like to start this long bit with something about this whole Shadow Box/USAK thing. I'm glad we are working it out so just the good fuckin music comes out. I know at first heated words were exchanged, but if you really think about it-- It was probably some young kid with nothing to do starting the shit. Drama is one of the only entertainments in this town for the young kids *except sex drugs and alchohal*! Now on to my writings for the weekend.

Saturday started out cold, and stayed that way. The first outdoors show of the year was supposed to be the 6th, but the weather kicked us in the ass. Still we trudged on. With a quick sign and a move to the Blackhawk the show was still on. At one point the sign was taken so a few of our more "hardcore" fans stayed down in the park and kicked the ol' Cipa round and directed people to the blackhawk. It was still all good...back at the BH guests started showing up steadily and Bovis Minor *yeah i know it got me too* got on stage with Jerry behind the kit to do some songs! They got the crowd warmed up most definitally and i got to hear Ape Rape for the first time since last spring!

NOISE *AOA, The Dissapointments, etc* went on stage next...and i might add that they rocked very hard! These guys have come a very far way from what they used to be. I just kinda happened one day...they were good. I wish i could say more about their set, but it was just good.

Now is when things started getting crazy *good, but crazy*...Drastic Measures *the artists formerly known as Minimum Wage* got on stage. I must say that those guys know how to fuckin rock out...they got the crowd so going, and the Blackhawk is perfect for punk bands. By the end of the set everyone was nearing the drunken state and ready for more good music.

Now it really really still amazes me that we got a Detroit band of this caliber to play a free show in Chillicompton but i'm glad they did play! Capture the Flag took stage just after Drastic Measures. It was *i think* the third or fourth song...The pit was full of pure love. Everyone was dancing and the floor was alive...This is when the tile came started to come up. We danced the fucking tile right off the floor. I must say that Capture the Flag must come back. At this point in the show there must have been 40 maybe 50 people in the place and about half those people were nice and liquiered up.

Then Finally USAK got on stage. Now you want to talk about some fucking feeling...everyone was already jazzed and they started the night with "unwind"... IT was mind blowing. Myself, Meredith, Justin, Jason and a few more contributed on backing vocals during this set. I have to say that i think "Crash your System" should be done with the lights off every time. It was just awsome...The whole show was just love and good music! This truely shows how a show can seem busted and then turn out so damn good...for those of you who missed it i'm very sorry but it got moved on short notice not to metion we had a small problem with the sign in the park.

As soon as i hook back up with Leslie i'm gonna have a few pictures from the show and such. There is a new Feature Picture up of our excelent friend Jill and a few other up dates around the site. Remember we have a show at Bernies this Friday...hope to see you all there!

Kicken ass from the grave!

~ Gig on Friday in Waverly with Noise, Agent Purple and 2 more...one of which i suspect to be the artists formerly known as the Undead Cowboys...this should be a good good show! We also have great fucking news about the first park show of the warm season. Starting at 5 or 6 *i think* in the Chillicothe City Park USAK, Noise, Minimum Wage and Detroit natives Capture the Flag will be playing some great music all night...so come down and enjoy! Now for site information...the link section got a big add on...i cleaned up the lyrics some more! Thats about it...i'm lazy...I say that more of you need to use the message board...this is where we BS about everything...Whoever you are...come and talk *when the board is up*! I'm wanting to know what you all think about a designated chat night...tell me what you think! This is Gabriel Lost of the Lost signing out for now! Fangs to all you fans out there!

~ BDFM records is under its test running stage right now, with very garage like four track plus two missing boards give us a very unique flavor and the ability to record decently, and improving faster. There will be many new songs and possibly a Garage album not to mention the up and coming Fonic Visions Release! - Jese
