Sorry for the lack of updates,
we have been busy writing new music and there hasn't been much going
on, but that will soon all change within the next week or so. The Concert
we had at the youth group wasn't too bad, Red Arrows Fly rawked - they
played just before us....im going to put up some pix today of the concert
, they are kinda awsome with the mosh pits and all - there is a link
to their hompage on our links page......also im adding a new media section
of random drawings , pitures, and yeh things of that sort.......I think
we might be having a concert this thursday with Human Error @ the splitfire
bar and grill, i'll get all the info today!!!!

Well, after a GREAT concert
at battle of the bands in alameda we are now ready for the concert today
at the youth center. One of our biggest fans (couch man) now has a band
, Red Arrows Fly, and will also be performing along with 2 other bands.
It should be a ROCKIN concert tonite , hope to see everyone there!!!

Well as a 'new' band we have
2 new , and completed songs, we are participating in the alameda battle
of the bands and our date to play is May 22 @ 10 am so this will be
quite exciting. 1st place (i believe) gets $2500 and free 'professional'
studio time , possibly 10 hrs. so that would be awsome to win, guess
we'll see if our new stuff really sounds all the better!! if not today
, im going to put these pictures i found up soon..... they are older
pictures from when jeremy used to play the bass and sing in the band
, they are from the first page we ever had as a band , ahhhh memories,
n e wayz keep it kewl all and we'll be gettin all u fans the new music
out very shortly!!!

SOme real news..........jeremy decided to bring over his guitar to practico the other day and well........it sounded awsome with 2 guitars, so now jeremy is rythem guitarist / vocalist. i think we sound 100x better now.....i dunno why it just all fits together very very well. im not sure about the song list but i think we are keeping SoMe old songs but writing a lot of new ones with jeremy as rythem guitarist now.... |

Battle of the Bands on Thursday
was alright....the PA levels were kinda wierd and my marshall wansn't
turned up enough = no guitar, but all in all it wasn't too bad, we placed
6 out of 12 bands and got some booking information for some more concerts!!!

OK well we thought we blew both jbl's at practice today but come to find out after a long day of driving back and fourth to guitar center in Sac. they are not even blown, and the head for the guitarists half stack blew a tube, so that is being fixed as we speak, and don't no one forget about thursday , battle of the bands, at solano community college, we go on at 11:45 on the dot and play for 1/2 hour - hope to see all you peeps there!!!!!! |

We have a bit of big news.....thanx
to my (tj the guitarist's) girlfriend Vanessa we have a very nice street
team page located HERE
(Altered Minds), so lets see everyone sign'in up , we need
the 'street team' to get the word out on the streets about concerts...which
is actually a pretty big thing, ,no word on the streets , no people
at the concerts ......also i updated the message board - thanx to those
who posted and left those nice comments!!!....

The concert last nite was ok......we
started out rockin, then stuff started glitchen in the PA, things were
cuttin in and out, but we played thru it, then on the second song I,
guitarist, ,busted 2 , yes 2, strings at the same time - well i had
strings on me but 2 stings is kinda in the way , we played thru the
song then i got to borrow a flying "v" from a fellow band
that was playing later that nite, well we finished the concert - only
draw back was the vocalists mic kept cutting out and i couldn't really
have any performance on stage because i didn't want to mess up the guys
guitar i borrowed.............from now on im bringing 2 guitars!!!,
well There are now new pix from the FHS concert and the ones we took
from last nite in the "PIX" section.......also we have a concert
in the battle of the bands at Solano college, more info in the concerts
section....

was awsome, thanx to everyone who watched......tonite (Sat) we have
a concert at the Hickory Pit in Vacaville off of Liesure Town Road right
off the freeway, (its the last exit before you start going into dixon)
- we will be passing out free 'demo' cd's if you wanna snag a copy head
on down......i think admission is $5 and you have to be 18+ which is
kinda weak - hopefully i will get the concert pix of both ffh and hickory
pit up tomorrow....

We just got some new music from our "new" band alter up on MP3.com (there is a link on the right under "recent news"). Alter should be comming out and playing towards the end of April. From there we are going to be playing a lot more shows locally so try to come and support the band and we'll look forward to seeing you guys at the Battle of the bands at solano or Fairfield HIgh next thursday, (more info under the "concerts" section). We also just put in this lil' funny video , so check it out in the "media" section!!!! |

Everything is goin pretty good,
we got a couple of songs recorded, not drunkin apprentis tho, which
is one of my fav's. OUr bnad name is now ' ALTER ' as you can tell by
the tittle, oh yeh.....We play battle of bands at solano on May 1st,
and possibly at FHS last friday of april so yeh, i'll post it in the
'concerts' section when i have all the info. *update* we have a new
bio menu and picture section 'practice pix' --------->

Well Sorry everyone its been
a little while, but i got good news, and some more good news......lets
start with ummm, good news eh? Well Our new singer is , yup you've guessed
it , jeremy - the same guy who started out with this band and played
the bass also, but now he is just singing, and chad is the bassist ,
i am the guitarist (TJ), and danyol the drummer......also in the last
three weeks or so we have wrote almost a whole 1st string of songs including
lyrics........wooo hoo!!! and we are also in the process of recording
those songs.....demo style...well if you would like to hear us live
we are definitelly playing battle of bands on april 24th or sumthing
like that, all the details will be posted in the 'concerts' section
as soon as i get all of the info.......thanks to all those fans who
stuck with us!!!! we won't let you down........
