How to Draw
Okay, here are the steps to drawing well. You'll have to be patient, this takes a lot of hard work and time.
(All pictures used on this tutorial are not my own drawings. I do not claim them to be, so don't delete my site!)
Step 1: Tracing
Step 2: Observing and drawing what you see
Step 3: Altering what you've observed
Step 4: Drawing your own stuff, starting out with simple things
Step 5: Moving up in difficulty on drawing your own thing
Step 1: Tracing
Okay, first off, you'll have to start tracing. Don't look at me like that! I know it sounds silly, but this will help you in the end. No matter how kindergarden it sounds.
What this does, exactly, is it helps you get the general idea of how to keep your hand steady and not shakey. It'll also give you an idea on how form works. I suggest starting off with something easy. So here's a list of things I suggest to do. Please do these in order. When you've finished one, do it again if you don't feel that you did good enough. When you've finished them all and feel that you've got the hang of it, move on to step two.
