In my opinion, trust is only a one time deal. The bible tells us that to survive in this world, we need love, faith, and trust. To get in heaven, we need to love, believe, and have trust in God. Not only that, but live in his way.
When you ask your dad or mom for some money to go to the mall or to get some items for them, they trust you. If you go and spend the money on a movie or game, you disearn their trust. They say you can get their trust back, but you really can not get the true trust back. In their minds, they will always think what will you do, can I still trust my child.
Trust leads to other things. From your own experinces, you will judge people more shrewdly. At parties, can you trust your friend to drive you home when you are drunk or stoned. Michael, who used to go to my school with my sisters went to a party. He let one of his friends drive him home. They were both drunk. About 100 feet from the house on a turn, the friend fliped the car and killed Michael. This was because of the trust of a drunken friend. You will get a lot of chances to show trust in your life, and that influences the actions on them, and their attitude towards you will become stronger. This all relates to God. God trusts you, but unlike the douting humans, we will always give you complete trust when you screw up. When I lose someone's trust, I think what can I do to make them prove their trust back. But as I think, I see God's example and just give them their trust back. But I am not perfect, and will always have a little bit of dout in my mind.
