Tribute to America

You've reached my page that I have made to respect those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on America's World Trade Center and the Pentagon, as well as those who died in the plane crash in Pennsylvania. I wish President Bush the best of luck in getting bin laden. Here's what others had to say about this horrible tragedy:

This was on the web site of halo grey; halogrey.com

To the victims, families and friends of those involved in this tragedy my heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. In our time of sorrow we need to look to God to give us strength to continue on. It is times like this that we realize how seldom we tell our loved ones just how much they mean to us and how much they are loved. Don't be afraid to say the words and a 'hug' can say a thousand words. God Bless All of you and God Bless America. Gerry

Do not cry for their time will come, our Lord will repay them one by one. We cannot change what is in the past but we can make the pain surpass. Tomorrow will continue to come as long as we pray in unity, never give up faith it is our duty. Angela

My heart goes out to all Americans, especially ones touched so significantly by the terrorists deeds this September 11. My prayers and thoughts are with all in every moment of my being. May God Help and Bless America!! Kathy Perman Proud American from Wisconsin

We must continue to stand together as one to keep this country strong. We must not let this act of violence destroy our faith in freedom. In memory of Chris 9/11/2001: "I'd rather be a ghost drifting by your side, a condemned spirit, than enter heaven without you. Though you've slipped the surly bonds of earth my love for you will never cease." Brad

Hello, we are in Maryland. I have family in New York. My cousin Steven Carron is one of the firefighters on the scene of this tragedy and his wife, the last time I talked to her was yesterday afternoon and she has not heard from him. We are very worried here. My family in South America and keeping in touch with us to know any news. If anyone knows about Steven, please contact me here at my email address gem2377@home.com Many of our friends, family, loved ones, and fellow men and women now walk with Angels. The nightmare is over for them but it has only begun for the survivors and citizens of America. My deepest sorrow goes out to everyone. Lets unite together to get through this tragedy; help each other, be patient with each other. Lets show the world our strength and faith. Fly our American flag in support of those who have lost their lives and for those who are willing to give their lives to prevent this tragedy from happening again. Clarissa

I am in Washington state and cannot begin to imagine the personal horror the people of NY, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC are experiencing. As a law enforcement officer myself, I wish to express my best wishes to all law enforcement, firefighters, and rescue workers, and especially the victims and their families. God Bless to all and my prayers are wish you all. Donna Baskett, Vancouver, WA

Dear Americans, I am really shocked on this horrible terrorist's attacks on NY and Pentagon. The USA is the dream land of whole the world and every one wants to see USA. I hope that your strong nation will pass out of this test successfully. I am with you in this testing moment and wish that in future these kind of incidents may not occur. With heartiest condolences. Akhtar Ahsan, Pakistan

To all of America, my prayers go out to one and all. I pray for all our leaders and law enforcement, military, and for all the families of those lost. As an Oklahoman I can know just about what all the people in these places are feeling. I pray for the nation as a whole and pray that those responsible for this tragedy will be caught and soon. I know it won't bring back our loved ones, but knowing justice will be done in their names will bring some comfort to us all. Karen

I am so shocked and dismayed at the recent attacks in NY and Washington, DC. I watched the news and as they played over the attacks, the vivid images are ones that will be etched in my mind from time to come. I have never seen anything of this kind in my lifetime. The scenes on the television have made me shaken, to the point of crying. To think that it could happen here, in our nation, in our backyards. We had always heard of things of this sort happening overseas. But this has hit too close to home. Something has to be done, and I pray to the powers that be to give President Bush the strength to carry out what must be done. We as a country will stand together, to show that this will not divide us. I want to thank those firefighters, emergency workers and police officers who went above and beyond the call. God Bless and keep you in his care. We are a nation of strong people, and united we stand. God Bless America Susan Flournoy

My deepest sympathies are with those who have lost loved ones on this terrible day in history. I have never been so proud of the United States than I am right now. By coming together we've told the rest of the world that you can try to hurt our innocent citizens us but you cannot break our spirits, take our freedom, or make us weaker. My praise goes out to the government officials. Thank you for not letting us down. I know we'll come come back stronger than ever. M. Campbell Texas A&M University Class of 2001 To America

Here in Ireland the feeling is one of disbelief and immense sorrow. To even try and comprehend what has just happened causes tremendous heartache. My sympathies and prayers go out to all the victims and their families and I pray that justice will be delivered. The images that I witnessed will remain with me forever but that pales in comparison to the emotional scars that America is facing. I pray that America will have the strength and wisdom to deal with this tragedy and rebuild faith in human nature. God Bless America in her time of need. Nikola, Dublin

To my fellow Americans - we will get through this and be stronger. To the friends and families of those lost and those still with us- God and love are on your side. To the Fire Fighters and EMS and Police- you are the heroes whose praises often go unnoticed thank God for you. C. Henry, Ft. Worth, Texas

I have been glued to the T.V. since yesterday morning, my heart goes out to all the family's of the lost people and hurt ones too. I do not understand why this has happened but it is a big tragedy, I only hope that all can be put back together, if I had anything to give I would give it in a heart beat. I am going to go and donate some blood hoping that it can get there for the people that need it..Again I send my deepest sympathy to all at there time of lost and need. Cherie

My thoughts and prayers are with each and every person involved in the tragedy as well as their families and friends. Let us take this time to pull together as a country and help one another physically and emotionally as we all need support now. As it has been said, " This will not stop us" and I believe we will prevail. Sandy Vazquez

I 'm very shocked about what happened in New York and Washington. When I came home from school yesterday the TV was on. When I saw what happened I didn't know what to say... I hope all the people who were near the Twin Towers or the Pentagon at the time of the crashes all the luck and health they need. I wish there was something I could do, but on the other hand I know that a girl like me can't do anything. I wish all people of the United States of America everything they need. That's all I can do at the moment. I condolences everybody who has lost a friend, family member, college, someone you know or anyone else. I hope the people who did this will know how many people the killed and I hope they see how much everybody hates them! I hope the consequences of this act won't be to bad. War or a crisis would be disastrous for the whole world! Once again I really condolences everybody involved with this disaster. I hope everything will be over soon and who did this will be found! Lots of love and greetings from Marlijn Peeters, Holland

To all our friends south of the border, please know our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this tragic time. Believe in the power of the human spirit and its ability to overcome unbelievable hardships. Our actions and the choices we make now to deal with this tragedy will determine if the terrorists have actually won. Do not let them win, do not let them change our faith in humanity. With love, Carrie Nuttley
